In the modern vernacular, reaching sexual climax during coitus is known as cumming. However, when you think about it, considering what is LEAVING your body in terms of emotion, respiration, perspiration, and the like, wouldn't it be more accurate to call it something like GOING?
The French call it "the little death." That makes sense. I think if you said something like "I'm going!" it would make your partner worry that (a) you're leaving, or (b) you're actually dying, not in the French little death sense of the word. And who needs those worries at a time like that?
