An Open Letter to Republicans

Dear Republican friends (I do believe that I have a few left), especially those in New York, New Jersey, and California, I have a question SPECIFICALLY for you this morning:

You DO realize that early this morning's almost secret passage of a sweeping Tax Reform Bill by the Republican controlled Senate means that we (those of us in the above mentioned States) are going to lose money on this deal - plain and simple. A lot of it. Removing the deductions we receive for paying the HIGHEST STATE TAXES in the Nation will collectively cost us billions. So, in other words, the men and women you have elected and supported from the GOP have done their very best to SCREW us. And, this doesn't even include the debacle that will be created by increasing our dept by over $1 trillion (like cuts to social services such as Medicade to pay for it).

So, WHAT SAY YOU NOW???????????

And, I'm quite serious. Please help me to understand how you support people who, apparently, simply put, don't give a shit about you.
